A lovely Georgian period property in Bath has an office on the upper level of the converted workshop building, which was unbearably hot during the summer months. This room was used as an office for working at home on a PC. Although, beautifully modernised to a high standard and the walls & roof insulated, with office equipment blowing out heat and hot air rising from the rooms below, the office became very warm during the hot summer months and really needed air conditioning. However, the high vaulted ceiling didn't lend itself to a ceiling unit unit installation, so the radiator was removed from under the window and a wall-mounted air conditioning unit was fitted instead. This is coupled to an outdoor condensing unit. Both are extremely quiet in operation and provide welcomed cooing during the hot summer months and heating in the winter.
With high gas prices, it makes sense to just heat the occupied office during the day using the heat-pump thus saving on running costs.

We are experiencing extremely warm summers which get hotter year on year and an air to air heat pump can provide comfortable air conditioning for your office. Also, it can provide low cost heating in the winter ie 4 units out for every unit in, which is very efficient. With gas prices so high, you can just heat your office efficiently and not run your gas central heating during the day.
